Shopping with WONGZ

These terms describe purchases of WONGZ merchandise through wongzmerch.com and our Shopify checkout. Customer service is provided by WONGZ at wongz.thf593@outlook.com.

Products and prices

The Signature Hoodie is $60.00 USD. Shipping and any applicable taxes are additional and shown at checkout. Review your size, quantities, delivery details, and final total before paying. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed.

Use the product photos and garment size chart when choosing. The interactive 3D study is illustrative; its shape, fit, and print placement are approximate. Screen colors and garment measurements may vary.

Order processing

Orders are made to order and processed through our fulfillment partner. Estimated production and shipping information appears in our shipping policy. If we cannot fulfill an order as placed, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled items rather than substitute a different product without your agreement.

For changes, cancellations, defects, returns, or refunds, contact WONGZ and refer to our return and refund policy. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Privacy and support

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify. Our privacy policy explains the handling of customer information. Do not send payment-card details by email.
